When you have gone through all the steps and clicked on 'reserve', this is not yet a confirmation of the program, but a request. Once we receive your request, we will contact you. 

Requesting multiple programs
Would you like to request multiple programs at the same time? That is possible, after selecting the date and time of your visit (step 4), you will be asked if you want to request another program.
